(hereinafter referred to as "NOVARCA"), a company operating a cross-border business platform with a focus on China.

To accelerate the growth of its cross-border business platform, NOVARCA has raised approximately 3.3 billion yen through a third-party allotment capital increase from Globis Capital Partners, JIC Venture Growth Investments, DNX Ventures, and others. The company aims to enhance system development and strengthen recruitment and talent development.

NOVARCA provides a cross-border business platform that supports the entire value chain for global brand companies, including product development, demand refinement, market research, advertising, distribution, and CRM. Led by CEO Tomonari Hamano, the NOVARCA team possesses extensive expertise in both the Chinese market and data-driven analysis, leveraging technology to support strategic planning and branding efforts for businesses.

Recognizing NOVARCA's technological capabilities and strong track record in business creation, Sapphire has invested in the company as the sixth project of the Sapphire Fund I.
