Experience in any of the following fields

・Investment banking experience at an investment bank

・M&A advisory or financial due diligence experience at a boutique M&A advisory firm or a financial advisory services (FAS) practice

・Strategy development or commercial due diligence experience at a strategy consulting firm

・Investment execution experience at a private equity fund
