Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "A.L.I."), a company engaged in drone research and development, GPU-based computing power-sharing solutions, and the hover bike business.

With a vision to become a next-generation mobility infrastructure company, A.L.I. has raised 2.31 billion yen through a third-party allotment capital increase from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Capital, Kyocera Corporation, and JR West Innovations, among others, to accelerate its business expansion and drive new value creation.

A.L.I. is dedicated to realizing an "air mobility society" where cars, motorcycles, and UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) seamlessly navigate the skies. Led by Chairman Shuhei Komatsu and CEO Daisuke Katano, the A.L.I. team possesses extensive expertise in UAVs, blockchain, and AI technologies. The company provides custom industrial UAV development, blockchain-powered platforms, and other advanced technology solutions.

Sapphire recognizes A.L.I.’s technological innovation and strong track record in business creation and has invested as the second project of the Sapphire Fund I.
